Congratulations to Brad Chadwick who was presented with a $50 gift card yesterday by Mark Lamela, the Ocean Inc. HUD Certified Housing Counselor. This quarter, his name was drawn out of many participants who entered the Ocean Inc. ‘Shore to Please’ Customer Feedback Survey Contest from October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
In November, Mr. Chadwick received assistance from Mark Lamela with his Emergency Rescue Mortgage Assistance (ERMA) Application. After receiving the service, he completed the online survey and answered yes to the final question of the survey which asks customers if they would like to be entered into a drawing for a $50 Shoprite gift card.
The ‘Shore to Please’ Customer Feedback Survey is open to all residents along the Jersey Shore in Ocean, Monmouth, Atlantic and Cape May Counties who receive a service from Ocean Inc. or an agency subgrantee and would like to provide the agency with feedback on the services received.
