Congratulations to Keisha Morrison of Toms River, NJ who was presented with a $50 gift card by Mark Lamela, the OCEAN, Inc. HUD Certified Housing Counselor. Her name was drawn out of many participants who entered the OCEAN, Inc. ‘Shore to Please’ Customer Feedback Survey Contest.
Ms. Morrison is a Pre-Purchase Counseling customer who attended the First Time Homebuyer Workshop and is working with Mr. Lamela to get ready to purchase her first home. After receiving the service, she completed the online survey and answered yes to the final question of the survey which asks customers if they would like to be entered into a drawing for a $50 Shoprite gift card.
The ‘Shore to Please’ Customer Feedback Survey is open to all residents along the Jersey Shore in Ocean, Monmouth, Atlantic and Cape May Counties who receive a service from OCEAN, Inc. or an agency subgrantee and would like to provide the agency with feedback on the services received.
