Congratulations to Robert Konoske, a resident at the Ocean Inc. Macedonia Affordable Senior Housing Complex in Lakewood, NJ who was presented with a $50 gift card yesterday by both Tammy Rivers-English, Ocean Inc. Property Manager and Martha Matos of the Ocean Inc. Home Energy Department. At the end of the quarter, his name was drawn out of many participants who entered the Ocean Inc. ‘Shore to Please’ Customer Feedback Survey Contest from July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023.
In September, Konoske applied for assistance through the Ocean Inc. Home Energy Program and received assistance from the Housing Property Manager. After receiving the services, he completed the online survey and checked the two services he received from agency staff. At the conclusion of the survey, he answered yes to the final question asking customers if they would like to be entered into a drawing for a $50 Shoprite gift card.
The ‘Shore to Please’ Customer Feedback Survey is available 24/7 and is open to all residents throughout Ocean, Monmouth, Atlantic and Cape May Counties who receive a service from Ocean Inc. and would like to provide feedback.
Ocean Inc. customers have the ability to complete the survey both internally/externally through three methods including: 1) Use of the Kiosk at conveniently located offices throughout the region; 2) Access to the survey link listed on the attached customer survey response card distributed at agency outreach events; and 3) Survey completion with guidance by an agency representative.
